Great coffee and service, the drive through is so handy and the girls came out and took my order and they also gave a little brownie.

Coffee
Best coffee ive ever tasted in my life. I like my coffee milky and light and sweet. I get iced caramel everytime i come here and its never failed me. Brownies are gorg too
I’ve gone here religiously most mornings on my way to work in Tuam because it’s convenient and I genuinely wanted it to be good. There’s nothing nicer than starting the day with a proper coffee, and I kept giving this place chance after chance hoping maybe I just caught them on a bad day.
But honestly, 9 times out of 10 the coffee is absolutely horrendous.
It’s unbelievably weak and watery, with barely any coffee taste at all. The kind of coffee where you take one sip and immediately regret spending money on it. I kept trying to convince myself maybe the next one would be better, but every morning it’s the exact same disappointment. At this stage I already know after the second sip it’s going straight into the bin.
At this point I’m just annoyed and feel like a review is needed because I’ve wasted enough money trying to convince myself it’ll improve. If the baristas actually tasted what they were sending out, they’d be appalled. I honestly think even a dog would refuse it.
The only time I’m there is mornings, so maybe the morning staff just aren’t trained as well as the afternoon staff, because I cannot understand how coffee can consistently taste this bad. Weak, watery, flavourless, like someone waved a coffee bean near hot water and called it a latte.
There’s a Costa drive-thru 5 minutes down the road open from 6:30am and the difference is night and day. Definitely worth the extra few minutes instead of gambling your money every morning for something that ends up undrinkable.
Hey Kate, sincere apologies for your experiences and thanks for making us aware of this, can you please email me at [email protected] for refunds on all of the coffees purchased as we genuinely want to get this right also for the future or even know any more detail you can provide, Thanks again, Eóin
